For the ones that have a hard time following "intellegent speak" Obama is basically saying we need to start learning to conserve a little better. I really don't think it would hurt any of these over weight people to hop on their bikes once in a while. Hell they might loose some weight and increase their life expectancy. I guess that is just part of our 21 century thought when we get offended by a politician giving us good advice. We can't all live like Texans! Remember he was speaking in Oregon. He might have to dumb down his speeches (I mean slow down) a little in other places.
