yeah their intelligence and curiosity along with prey drive make them difficult for those that dont understand them or have the knowledge to train them and handle them properly. my wife has a sweet bullmastiff as house dog but looking forward to getting another shorthair or maybe a pudelpointer and getting back into hunting more like I used to before I retired from military and started my second career. LOL
