Revolver fan?
I love revolvers, but the one thing is safety, semi autos have better safety features (generally speaking). I'd have to shoot the Tarus to make my decision. With a .44, I'd be worried that IF I shot at someone that was threatening my life or attacking me, that even with a HP it would go through them.
Maybe I should just settle for bigger is better and pull out a gun that will make people wet their pants? Such as the famous DE .50 with bullets that cost 2$ a pop :-P
I'm going to check out the revolver you posted, is it on par with S&W revolvers? Glock is a cheap alternative, and they are made right next door to me, but I just hate the look...I'd have go with with the higher class version of Glock (aka K&K) Glock dosen't have the saftey features that I want. For instance the P99 has a strip on the back of the mag, you take that strip off, it will not fire. Lovely safety feature, not effective when carrying, but still a nice feature.
