Thanks for the input. I bought one of the parking lifts from Greg Smith a few years ago and it's been fine although I have barely used it because stuff has been parked on it, naturally.

I was thinking about the Atlas 9. It's a bit of a haul to drive down to DE to pick it up and hoof it back to NEPA (probably save nothing on gas). Main problem I face is that I have ceiling height limitations. Talking with someone about re-jigging the roof.

From reading the Greg Smith site, you can tell that they try to discourage people from buying the lifts with the cross-over on the ground.
