whats the problem with them?
can do what I did.......learn to live with em......they are pretty easy to train to do ammusing things
mine now can dance and walk on there back legs......they will follow me all over the yard.......kinda fun little buggers
if they are under the house, you need to figure out where they are getting in, fix that, then live trap the ones under the house and relocate them. If they can get in....so can rats and other criters
I dont think they bread as fast as rats, ours only seem to have one litter a year, or at least I only see 1-2 babies a year from the 10 that live here
they LOVE peanuts, corn and bird seed
