When you get the EBL, he sends a disc with a stock bin and XDF file (set the configurable options of the bin) on it & gives you instructions on what needs to be changed first along with an xls file to calculate fueling requirements. I picked Tunerpro cause its free & is more widely used. I spent a few hours playing with the bin and it all started to make sense. There are still a few things I don't understand but it really is pretty straight forward. Hopefully I'll start getting the tune dialed in by next week. I did a couple of learns with the NB02 and its worked pretty good but will be much faster with the WB02
As far hardware, get a 454 tbi (675cfm +/-), use your stock injectors and an adapter plate to the perfomance intake.
Pull the spring out of the stock pressure regulator and use an external adjustable regulator with a vacuum port and pressure gauge. You can get these on ebay for around $40 or use the expensive Aeroquip one. I used one that bolts in place of the stock one & it is a pain to adjust & does not have a guage. Change your lines to AN-6 braided while your at it.
With fuel pressure set to 40psi this should support 400hp, or you can bump it to 50 for 450+hp.
Get the EBL and a wideband o2 sensor and you should be set. You need a min of dual 2.5" exhaust .
