I saw that over on Pirate, I posted up asking the specs on pirate but I don't think he ever responded. I didn't realize it was local to you.
If it truly has low miles, that is a killer deal. Find out what parts it has and verify the condition by pulling the pan. You should still be able to see the cross hatching on the cylinder walls. He does not mention what the compression is, so you may need to run premium. If he still has it installed it would be a good idea to drive it or atleast hear it run.
A large TBI with an EBL would work great on that engine.
Also, make sure that the heads ae newer and have the 3 mounting bolt holes on the front. You can then use your serpentine setup just like stock.
