If you don't need an EGR for smog, you can get a Weiand single plane manifold and not lose your low end, since your using TBI.
Those crane rollers are very nice but you'll be into them close to $600. You would be better off buying the summit rollers for around $200

In my opinion, you would be much better off buying an engine that someone already built & needs the money. I paid $1500 for my stroker that I could not have built for less than $3500. Keep your eyes on craigslist and pirate, there are some great deals out there if you are patient.
