I hope to god that thing had a long-travel suspension..but I'm sure it didn't...looks stock.
However, I'd like to discuss the thread title...as I'd be curious to know, really, what is better. Such as the Land Rover Defender, vs the FJ Cruiser. The defender is a bare-bone 4x4, where the FJ is a more technically advanced vehicle...so what would really prevail? I'd say the Defender could take more of a beating, but the FJ traction systems and locking diffs on the FJ would make it superior on some trails.
