Like I said...I don't mean to badmouth or belittle them, I've bought parts from them without a problem. But when you run a business that has serious customer traffic, there needs to be a better way. Divide the company into departments, hire more help. You can't have just one guy sitting in an office answering phones and putting people on hold. The expert "James" should probably be the one on the phone more than the other guy. That's just my opinion.
