To me it looks like the side walls still have a bit of eroding to do to get to a stable configuration. That doesn't account for any more base subsidence that my happen. I'd be worried about more base subsidence where the side walls are more vertical. It should also be interesting to see what happens when it fills with water. All that extra weight will stress things some more.
