finally figured out how to post picture here, my goal is to be done building the "shell" then i will move on to the mechanical section by August. i will post on the tech section 40 and 55 series tech my plans for that, i am very interested to hear ideas and suggestions you all might have about mechanical upgrade i am planning to do. here is a current picture of my build. camper frame is made from steel tube, pop top hinge comes from VW westfalia, air spring to keep the pop top up, fiber glass reinforce plywood on the camper shell, roof will be marine plywood reinforce with epoxy resin and fiber glass cloth (not yet installed), roof top tent is from camping lab. here is his link
