It is good to see the options out there for you guys with lots of cab space. Vitesse_6 I like the fit and adjustments that you have done. My challenge is to find a mount and a placement that allows me to travel with it while at the same time still have a front seat passenger. My son swears that he saw a vid of a guy who had a sub-notebook, under 2lbs and 10 inches, pop out of his glove box on a sliding tray. Given the size of the 40's box that seems a non starter but I haven't given up on that completely.
Anyone know of a system that could tuck into a 40? As to placement if it can't pop out of the glove box like a hot girl from a bachelor party cake then I was thinking of something with a swing arm that could mount onto an arm of the roll cage. Obviously given the fact that the cage will be mounted to the frame either the arm or the mount will have to include some thing to dampen shock from movement. Any ideas or is all this just crazy talk. Thanks.
