We had an eyeball witness observe a hand-to-hand transfer of money for drugs on the midway at the carnival (which is set up in the high school parking lot). Carnie took delivery of a big crack rock, for which he paid $20 to a local turd. Carnie rolled over and cracked like a nut on the local dealer. We got the money, the rock, and both dudes. The carnie will be charged with possession of controlled substance in a drug-free zone (school). The local turd will be charged with sale/distribution of controlled substance in a drug-free zone (school), which is a first degree felony--punishable by up to 99 years or life. I hate carnies.
