Don't ever try to do an engine conversion if you get frustrated by little things like this.

It isn't just the Australian trucks that are different from US spec trucks. There are different versions of the factory roofracks on US spec'd 100s too. I'm guessing you have a newer one. Drilling a couple of holes is a simple solution. Sending you a rack designed for a different body would be much worse and you could definitely be dealing with that right now.
