351C was a higher rev motor than the 351W motor is.
Aftermarket for the Windsor is a hell of a lot better than the C. 302 stuff and 351W stuff is almost identical (the block of the 351 is a bit taller than a 302).
without a springover you run some seriosuly tight tolerances between the starter/exhaust and the front driveshaft. I am curing my issues with a 2 piece front driveshaft.
