Dave, I've run the 15x8 US Wheel wagons for years and I didn't need spacers. They aren't the most durable wheel, but for the price they're disposable. I have an old set at Ryan's shop that you can have if he doesn't use them. I also have a set of 60 wheels that I'll trade for your current wheels if you'll do the tire swap.
