Idea: See if someone wants to trade their FJ60/FJ62 wheels for your 10" inch rims.
I don't think you want to put a 10.50 on a 10" rim. 7" or 8" inch would be ideal. You can even run them on a 6" inch stock rim - and that looks really cool with hubcaps.
As for the shower, probably just needs to be re caulked. Go to the this old house website and look up the Tommy Silva article on how to do this. The trick is to clean with alcohol or lacquer thinner.
