Hello Eric,

6 gallons seems like a really small heater and will limit your batch size dramatically. If you are planning to use this for a vehicle I would go with a bigger heater. You don't have to have a bottom drain, but this issue is that you will have to let the mixture settle for 8-24 hours after you transfer it to your wash tank. The temperature is also a factor, wherein the longer you can keep the processed fuel warm the better the reaction will be, right up to the point where you are ready to wash it.
