Woody, digitalpoint also seems to be a top offender, typically taking longer that 1s to complete it's requests. I don't know which ads it controls, but it may be worth looking into optimizing.
Also, what's the deal with rotate.php? Why is that taking over a second to load? Is that a custom script or something you got from somewhere? It seems bloated, it should be a blindingly simple script that takes almost no time to execute.
