I can't believe how bad that dealer was. Would be a good place to steer other mudders away from if they don't make this right. I would think that a discussion with the GM would have a different outcome. Ask him/her if they are currently at or seeking SIGNATURE status. I have seen pretty shoddy work and service at a lot of places but within the Toyota brand, these kinds of shortcomings can always be corrected. There are too many people in that company that are paid to listen and respond to customer service issues to let this go. Were it me, I would not let this particular dealer get away with service on par with the local Dodge or Ford store.
I can't believe they told you it wasn't fixed and that they were done with it. How did that fly???
