managed to do pretty well diet-wise over the weekend. Only slipped up a few times, but they were so worth it:
- a glass of delicious argentinian malbec with my mixed grill (filet mignon, salmon, and scallops)
- a slice of homemade red velvet cake that was TO DIE FOR
- some honey baked ham
And I started putting sugar in my coffee again. I just CAN'T do the Splenda in my coffee.
