Mark's tech column was not received for the March/April issue. As I said in another thread in this forum, I hope it is a one time occurrence.

You don't have to own a Land Cruiser to qualify for membership in the TLCA. You have to own a Toyota four-wheel drive vehicle with a transfer case. An FJ Cruiser qualifies as do the mini trucks and the like.

The Truck Tech column is obviously aimed at the mini truck, Tacoma, 4Runner segment of our membership. If it's not of interest to you, don't read it.

If you want to see content that makes you specifically happy, submit it for consideration. It is, after all, your magazine.

As to living too far away to attend events, get on a plane and catch a ride at an event. I flew 2,700 miles one way last year to attend a TLCA event. I regularly drive 3,000 miles round trip in my own rig to attend an event. The events are a blast.
