On getting the hood off, it's just the 4 bolts holding the hinge to the hood, but take my advice on the HG video to put masking tape there and using a marker line on the tape to mark where the hinges were. Like, exactly where they were. This will save you slightly moving the hood, tightening it, shutting it slowly to discover it's too far forward, rearward, sideways, rotated left, or rotated right. Then doing it all over again. Do the marks, and you'll be able to put it back on quickly and with no frustration or body damage from the hood hitting the fender if you're tired.
To physically remove the hood, you need two people and that's mentioned on the 'Tips' list - Item #1.
