A year ago I bought a 100 series with 192K, so I'm not afraid of high miles. 255K is a little high for me, but if I was confident in it's service history, then yes, I would buy it and not be too worried about it. But I'd also be prepared for little things to possibly pop up, like brakes, fuel pump, etc.
