i think you removed the oil adjustment screw. this is not where the oil fill is. there should be a larger size bolt or plastic piece on top that is used for fill, or just unscrew the reservoir and fill (no air pressure tho). once the reservoir is filled and air is supplied, you use the adjustment screw to set how often the oil is added to the air line.
