That's why I would suggest it. It gets more torque than a 3/8" drive, and cost can be comparable. A 3/4"+ impact is going to be more than most people would ever need, and usually be quite expensive. If you look hard enough, you can find some higher-end 1/2" drives that can produce 800+ ft/lbs of torque in F or R.
