There are actually a number of thing that you can do. First of all I probably wouldn't use the brush in bottle of touch up paint. If you choose to go the touch up paint route get a fine tiped brush. It all depends on how deep the scratch is. Sometimes it just better to go over it with some rubbing compound and finish up with some wax. You can also call your insurance company and have them deal with it.
