I have 39" red label Krawlers on WE Beadlocks, using 2" spacers to compensate for FJ40 axle width and wheel offset. Love em - I like 42" IROK's too - and had contemplated that before I went with the Krawlers. They're not on the 40 right now - I'll see if I can't find a scale?

So far I've busted a Poly Chromo Rear long side axle shaft (waiting on warranty confirmation and am out $450 in the interim - that sucks), have toasted both small pattern knuckles running 4x4 labs high steer arms (no worries - had the 6 shoots and matching 4x4 labs arms on hand - plus they would have survived if I tightened more often right ;-). I've broken several pinions - but I'll attribute that to some set up issues as well as driving style. Kick arse tire!

Am in debate land on next mods. Definitely 4-linking like R.K. and others. From there it's uncertain - I have a D60 with some good stuff in it - and really like the STAK or Atlas, but am just not sure, prefer to keep a Toyota rear just as I don't know anything about Dana's yet. If that Diamond axle in the Slee Raison (sorry forgot name) were more affordable - I'd jump on that with the 35 spline D-35 axle conversion, and go STAK pronto. Till then - not sure....sorry rambling again. Back to 42's.....
