with whatever I could find in the garage! shameful really, I used a hammer, pry bar, random pieces of scrap wood and a blunt steel rod. I was able to get behind most of it. A proper hammer a dollies would have been nice, but for such small about of work I couldn't justify (well, afford...)buying them.
