I bought eSpec headlamps from them - happy customer.

I took my cruiser in last summer and am not a happy customer. To be fair, I didn't give them a chance to "make it right" because of the time/$ to go back; it's a long story, complicated by me being a picky customer and living on the Island and unable to pop-in to see for myself how things are going and being able to catch things while they're still small issues. Be very specific with what you want done, and make sure you understand what they're going to do. If I was able to pop-in frequently, and talked with Ken instead of the guy that answers the phone and writes up the orders I might go back.
