We've had great success with e-track. A couple of strips attached flush to the floor, and around the interior walls. This will enable you to put the tie down hooks where ever they are needed. It makes for a great anchor point for just about anything. Plus you can custom build mounts for anything and attach them easy. Were you thinking of something else? We are all ears always looking for something better!
