Ether is absolutely not good on your engine. It detonates early and might damage the precups.

I would use very sparingly. Or not all all....

Will it just not start after glowing? I have a hard time believing in SC it will not start on some plugs. Or that all the plugs are failed at once.

If they are all failed, it might be something else causing them to not heat up. Is the busbar getting power?

What led you to believe they are all bad?

Are you starting on diesel or some thick veggie goo?
