stop worrying. if you buy a never one you will have it still under warranty.
i got an '06 about 6-7 weeks ago. i wanted the 275 hp, back-up cam (a must for someone with kids IMO), nav etc but was lucky to find one w/o DVD for the backseat (who wants to have that fight every day...)
