Pop the "Land Cruiser" emblem from the steering wheel face, loosen the nut (7mm socket, IIRC) so that you don't pop yourself in the nose with the wheel, pull like hell to loosen the wheel, remove the nut completely, pull the wheel off, shim the brass horn ring using small washers (mine used two stacked on top of one another under each of the horn ring screw holes), re-attach the ring, re-attach the wheel, check for horn, re-attach emblem.
