You might well be right about the Allison attached to an Isuzu. Right now there is a 6-cyl Isuzu turbo diesel with an Allison tranny on ebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ISUZU-6-CYL-DIES...QQcmdZViewItem

I emailed the seller to find out more. It is a 6-cylinder but it may share the bell housing bolt pattern with a 4-cyl. Very interesting!
