Slee any updates?

Any updates on those sliders or bumpers you were working on??

Would love to see how they are progressing!

How is this for an update

Will answer questions when we are back from Moab. Do not ask for a rear bumper now, this was a very early prototype.

Friggin rear bumper is MASSIVE! Looks good but HUGE! Will you be able to get more aggressive on the final product? That new URJ needs the help!

Christo,

BTW I spoke to ARB-USA today. The front bumper from them should be out by the end of June-July. Had ot make sure it still worked for the airbags and parking sensors, which is does . Rear bumper prototype just finished and should be around Aug.

I will still take your rear bumper ANY DAY. Just let me know

Outstanding! You sir, are a genius.

How do you cut the plastic trim without screwing it up? What do you use? Any repainting involved?

U won't believe how much room u have when sitting in the drivers seat. Guys that are large and over 6'1" will love the foot room & driving position.

Welllllll......ya, maybe that post didn't reflect my entire thought............

Yes. Very good work. Very nice looking. IF I had bought a 200 and wanted expo-travel or light wheeling that bumper would do wonderfully.

The reason my post sounded the way it did? The type of wheeling I do. That 200 bumper is HUGE. For me, I'd need to do anything I could (if even possible) to get it down-sized like his 100 and 80 bumpers. The 200 DOES need the help.

I begged Slee the same way when he began planning his 100 rear. I said AGRESSIVE AGGRESSIVE.....like the 80. He said, "ya but it has to look good too because of the truck's design". I said, I aggree BUT....AGGRESSIVE...AGGRESSIVE. We got a good looking aggressive bumper for the 100. That's why I asked about the 200's final disign.

From what Christo said it will be a VERY long while 8-12 months before he would even consider doing a production rear bumper.

Oh well....

first of all the 200 build up has nothing to do with you.

second, are you implying that you had something to do with the development of the Slee 100 rear bumper?

third, are you suggesting that you are making your backhanded comments about the 200 mods for the betterment of Slee's product development?

Sleeoffroad...is there a lift on that truck posted above? What have you done to make it sit the way it is.

Also, what is the total weight of the sliders?

Thanks in advance.

That's a bummer! Deja Vu. I waited a long time though I was glad I didn't bite on the TJM or Kaymar.

Yup... All Pro offroad already has one on order for me. It is number 3 officially ordered from ARB already on the slow boat here.

I'm with ya there. ARB is the "standard" for hot-shot front bumpers.

One thing that I'm not too crazy about is that ugly silencer/tail pipe. Seems like something could be done to make much less obvious. Maybe just painting it with some high temp flat back paint would do the trick. Other than that, it looks baaad azzz !!!

Agreed...I noticed that too. I smashed my resonator on my 100, which I believe is what we are seeing hanging down at the bumper, within a few months of off-roading it. I went to a small glass pack style resonator...and then finally eliminated it all together by having my muffler guy run the exhaust straight from the muffler to up under the bumper. Totally protected and have a nice V8 sound to it too! And it's not loud at all...just a bit more than the stock (quiet) exhaust.
