By and large, drivers where I live are pretty good about pulling over and stopping when emergency vehicles come by (happened twice on the way home from work yesterday), even on busy/fast roads. I've been in some towns where no one would even slow down or move over.
That really frustrates me. Someday it'll be me (or them) that needs help as fast as possible.
