There is an oil galley plug and a cam plug at the back of the engine that are notorious leak sources. Sometimes you can make an educated guess depending on where it is dripping from: If oil is slinging radially off the flywheel, the main seal is leaking. If it is dripping off the passenger side rear main cap bolt, then the cam plug is leaking. If it is leaking off the drivers side bolt, the oil galley plug is leaking. |
