I'm sure we can make this work for the 3rd seats as well. This net is really just a "square" (or close to it) of net and 4 attach straps in the corners. The top corner straps have 2 straps to allow it to be positioned between 2 points (front and back). He did this to allow the net to be positioned / adjusted. The seat belt sounds like another rear attachment point.
I'll take some more pics tomorrow. No time today to even look for the tie-downs.
