How's this for creepy: One of the local residents here is nicknamed the "
Shadow Ninja". The dude is full-tilt whacko and just out from one of his involuntary committals. He thinks he can make himself invisible, always dresses in a "hoodie"--skulking about. He's had his ass kicked by every officer in the department at one time or another and he dropped by just a bit ago at the station to "introduce himself to the new officer" (me) . . .
