The bolt pattern for the booster was about 1/4" less in width & 1/4" more in height as well as the booster is centered on the pattern where the Toyota booster is offset by about 1/4" all of this cause the bolt holes to overlap by about 1/8". The way I dealt with this was to build a 3/16" steel plate that matched the bolt pattern of the Ford booster & then tack welded it to the firewall. I then drilled the holes all the way thru the firewall. After checking that the booster mounted up I fully welded the plate to the firewall. The only pic I took was the installed pic since I was feeling lazy
