To me, it seems just plain clear that we need to raise dues $3-5 to keep Toyota Trails great.
As we wrestle with membership atrrition/retention, if we let Toyota Trails backslide into something "more mediocre" I think that just gives folks one more reason to let thier membership lapse.
Trails is the primary reason folks join, it's unacceptable to me to let it backslide...
