I have suspension seat in my FJ73.
They work absoloutely fine, however they are simply too lightweight for me  (I'm 120kg, and the seats are only rated to 100kg).
They have a little play in them (they are not absoloutely tight), but they are still a comfy option for anyone at the right weight. They would look to be in the same condition as those in your photos.
I'll take some pics for you soon, and if they are a direct swap, I'd be happy to swap mine, for your static ones if this takes your fancy.

Thanks for the offer but Im still not 100% its viable and I wish to retain the matching seats I have.
