Suspension seat

I got offered some suspension seat frames. They are supposed to be from a BJ74 but I cant work out how I would fit them.

Obviously the base of the suspension seat bolts to the floor in different holes than the seat is currently bolted to.(Hopefully they are predrilled and under the carpet)

The seats in my 73 are on a floor that is higher around the transmission hump but the suspension frame seems to need seats with a flat base.

Am I missing a part that fits between my seats and the suspension base or do I need the appropriate seats that go with a suspension base frame??
I think the seats are supposed to bolt to where the 4 finger tight bolts are

They have surface rust but are complete and seem to be ok with all the controls working.
The one in the pic is RH
