Good pic man, so it would basically look like this. Any pics of this winch installed on that plate you've got there? Do you see any side clearance issues with the gusset plate mounts?
You said you'd want the tube tilted forward, how much? Mounted on the top of the bumper or off the face of it? Would you want it with 90* bends or narrower in the center and wider at the bumper? Can you post a pic of an example? This is what I'm thinking but yours would be a lot less drastic.
