Georgia Pass Colorado

I would highly recommend this trail for us hundy stockers. Good tread on the tires is recommended in June, my BFG 285's were more than adequate. Still some snow patches to go through and some mud and loose stuff, but nothing major, but at least was not a trip to the mall. I need shocks bad. That is Mt Guyot in the background.

No wheeling pictures, just this poser shot.

Where is that? I'm in Golden and still stock. I've been playing around on some of the trails up around peak-to-peak near Nederland. I definitely need to replace these Wichelins, but haven't quite made up my mind on size and whether to lift or not.

Georgia runs between Breckenridge and 285 (Jefferson). If you are into mountain biking, then you have to try the Kenosha to Georgia pass single-track which is part of the Colorado Trail. Take the Jefferson loop back after you reach Georgia. It's one of my favorite local trails and there is plenty of dispersed camping nearby.

Trail cleanup run in NC with an FJ buddy. The weather turned sour after we got out from under the trees. It was a sledride all the way back down. . Poser warning below...Hell of a campsite though.

Bill Burke- Pembroke VA

Here are a couple of shots from the Pembroke,VA training weekend with Bill Burke. He did a great job. Several Defenders, my 100 and an LX470. I would definitely recommend Bill.

Attachment 244133Here is the LX470 and a group shot. It rained just enough to make everything very slippery and the trees were tight. The LX470 had stock tires and really had trouble getting traction once it got slick but it did great otherwise.

That's a GX470, not an LX. Nice pics, though!
