Intake Question, Need I be Concerned?

When I was taking the intake manifold off during to the starter contact procedure, I noticed a bit of oil behind where the throttle body is located. Is this something to be concerned for? Anyone else have a similar experience?

I am using a K&N filter, but it is not excessively oiled, and the engine has over 190K.

Any thoughts?

I suspect that is oil that has been sucked into the intake by the positive crankcase ventilation system, which uses intake vacuum to create negative pressure in the engine block so that any blow-by fumes don't escape into the atmosphere. Some oil in the intake from this is normal. How much?, I don't know.

Yep, it's normal. You can just wipe it out.
