Either squeak ring a bell?

Hi All...

Bought an 02 a few days ago and just love it but I have two mystery noises to solve: a) small squeak from rear, possibly brake-related, that goes away when braking. I'm going to have the brakes checked soon enough so I'm hoping that squeak goes away if/when brake work happens.

And squeak b: Chirp-like squeak, sounds like coming from interior trim in rear. 3rd row seats have been removed, so they're eliminated as a source.

I feel a bit foolish asking for a diagnosis of a squeak over the internet where you obviously can't hear it, but hey, ya'll are the experts on 100s, right? Maybe somebody's been down this road before...
