Clunk on front suspension

i've been having this front end clunk on both sides for almost 4 months now after i went on my 1st wheeling.. i just installed an OME HEAVY KIT almost a month ago and today i just installed new stabilizer link with new bushings, rubber cushions and retainers since the old ones were all worn out.. i test drove it and the clunk didn't go away... GUYS, I NEED YOUR HELP!!!

PS.. i only hear the clunk when going on rough road and less than 10 mph..

THANKS IN ADVANCE...

Check all your bolts for tightness. I had one shock bolt that was loose after my lift install.

Check your that your hubs are tight, check your lug torque, check your CV boots and grease.

wheel lug torque, right? will dried muds inside the frame can cause the clunk?

Lug nuts, yes. No idea how mud in the frame would cause a noise.

how about the wheel bearings? i haven't check mine yet, how hard is it to repack? when repacking do you have to change the inner and outer bearings? i've changed wheel bearings before on my 92 camry but i bought the whole assembly.

By hubs I meant wheel bearings. Easy to check, jack up the tire, grab at 6 and 12 and wiggle in that direction. If you've got much movement, the bearings need to be tightened.

I haven't checked the 100 FAQ to see if there's a write up, I know there's a great on in the 80's section. I've done them several times, different trucks. There's a couple special tools you need, but it's not that difficult.

I think mine is because the sway bar is so rust pocked it has chewed through the rubber bushing. The bolts that hold the sway bar and bushing are so rusted I'll need to break them then drill and tap them...and then replace with a new/like new sway bar and new bushings. I'd like to just eliminate the damn thing but I do too much pavement driving for that to be realistic I think.

I typically don't procrastinate on these types of issues...but this one I'm not looking forward to fixing so...

Your issue may be something altogether different. You should check all the items others have suggested and start the process of elimination. Have you jacked the front end up (tires unloaded/in the air) and push/pulled at 6 & 12 o'clock and also at 3 and 9 o'clock to see if there is any play?

Have you checked your shock mounts? Checked your t-bar brackets, etc.?

I recently cured a front suspension clunk................by replacing the battery clamp so the battery didn't hit the underside of the bonnet when going over big bumps......
